Nature of the service
Kalyneo is a product comparison service. We collect prices from third-party merchants, publish our own quality assessments, and send visitors on to the site of the merchant they choose.
Kalyneo sells no products, takes no payments, ships nothing and provides no after-sales service. The sales contract is formed solely between the visitor and the merchant: the right of withdrawal, the legal warranty of conformity and any complaint about an order must be taken up with that merchant.

Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its visual identity, its editorial texts, its criteria grids, its assessments and its rankings are the property of the publisher. Reproducing or reusing them, in whole or in part, including for the purpose of training automated models, requires prior written permission.
Trademarks, trade names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners. They are reproduced solely to identify the products compared and the merchants cited, within the limits allowed by trademark law. Product images obtained through a partner programming interface are displayed under the conditions imposed by the programme concerned.
Short quotations from our analyses remain permitted under article L. 122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, provided that Kalyneo is named and that a link points back to the original page.
Liability
The prices shown are prices observed at merchants, time-stamped, and liable to change at any moment. Only the price displayed by the merchant when the order is placed is binding. Despite our checks, a collected figure may prove wrong or out of date; the publisher cannot be held liable for a purchasing decision based on such a figure.
The site contains links to third-party sites over which the publisher exercises no control. Their content, their terms of sale and their personal-data practices are a matter for their operators alone.
The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the site available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.
Reporting content
Anyone may report content they consider unlawful, an error in a price or a specification, or an infringement of their rights, by writing to no-reply@kalyneo.com. It helps to state the address of the page concerned, the nature of the problem and, where relevant, whatever supports the claim.
Reports about an incorrect price are handled first, since the reliability of our readings is the whole point of the service.
