- Sharpness of fast movement, tied to the refresh rate and the panel’s response time.
- Picture quality
- Resolution relative to screen size, brightness, contrast and colour accuracy.
- Ergonomics and ports
- Height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and the number of connectors you can genuinely use.

Orders of magnitude, not displayed prices: a price only appears on Kalyneo once it has been collected from a merchant, with its collection date.
Under €200
Office work and browsing. Often a fixed stand with no height adjustment, and few connectors.
€200 to €500
The widest bracket: an IPS panel, height adjustment, a resolution matched to the size.
Over €500
Large sizes, high resolutions, calibrated panels or high refresh rates. Useful for image work and gaming, superfluous elsewhere.
