Kalyneo is funded by commissions paid by merchants. Here is how that works, what it changes for you, and what it does not change.

How Kalyneo is funded
Kalyneo sells nothing and displays no advertising. The site is funded by affiliation: the links leading to merchants carry an identifier that designates us. If you buy after following one of those links, the merchant pays us a percentage of the sale.
This remuneration constitutes a contractual relationship between Kalyneo and the merchants listed, within the meaning of article D.111-7 of the French Consumer Code. We declare it here, on this page, but also under every buy button and at the foot of every list of offers: information of this kind is only worth anything where the decision is made.
What it changes for you
Nothing on the price. The commission is paid by the merchant out of its own margin. The amount you pay is exactly what you would pay by typing the merchant’s address straight into your browser. Going through Kalyneo makes no purchase dearer, and gives you no special discount either: we negotiate no promotional codes.

What the commission does not change
This is the point on which a comparison site is judged. A merchant’s commission rate enters into no calculation on the site.
- On a product page, offers are ordered from the lowest price to the highest. A merchant that pays better does not appear higher up.
- In a category, a ranking or a podium, products are ordered by score, calculated from our criteria ratings. No term in that calculation depends on a merchant.
- The verdict of a duel follows from the same ratings and from where you set the price ↔ quality slider. It may therefore differ from one visitor to the next: it depends on you, not on us, and least of all on an advertiser.
- No position, no rating, no featured slot and no article is for sale. We publish no sponsored content and accept no products given in exchange for a review.
A merchant that pays us nothing is listed on exactly the same terms as one that does: if its price is the lowest, it is the one that appears first. The calculation is public in full detail: it is written out on the Our method page.
How the links are disclosed
Every merchant link on the site is an affiliate link. None escapes the rule, which saves having to tell one from another. They are disclosed in three ways:
- by a statement placed under the main button of every product page;
- by a statement placed at the foot of every list of offers;
- by this page, reachable from the footer throughout the site.
Technically, those links carry the rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" attributes that search engines require for paid links, and go through an internal address that records the departure before redirecting you. That address is closed to indexing robots.
Partner programmes
No affiliate programme is active to date. Each programme will be named here as soon as it takes effect, together with whatever statement its contract imposes.
The terms of some programmes also govern what we may display. Amazon’s programme, in particular, forbids showing a price collected more than twenty-four hours earlier, requires images to come from its programming interface, and allows only the rating and the number of reviews to be reused, never the text. Those constraints explain the time stamp shown beside every price, and the absence of buyer comments on the site.
If you would rather not pay us
That is perfectly possible, and it costs you no access at all. Note the name of the product and of the merchant from our pages, then go straight to the merchant’s site. You will get the same price, and we will earn nothing. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser has the same result.
The whole site (comparisons, duels, rankings, guides, price alerts) stays open either way. Nothing is reserved for those who go through our links.
