Wet and dry stick vacuums
A wet and dry stick vacuum picks up dust and washes hard floors in a single pass. What separates models is tank capacity, how well the roller cleans and dries itself, and ease of maintenance, far more than the suction figures on the box. It struggles on thick carpets and usually complements a regular vacuum rather than replacing it.

What we rate in this category
Every product in the category is rated from 0 to 100 on these criteria : the same for all of them, whichever merchant sells it.
- Speed
- The speed you actually feel in use: launching, moving from task to task and holding up over time, not just the maker’s figures.
- Runtime
- This criterion measures how long the appliance can clean before needing a recharge: the bar grows with the usage time.
- Quietness
- Noise level in operation, in decibels. The longer the bar, the less you notice the appliance.
- Price
- This criterion places the appliance’s price against the market: the bar grows when it is more advantageous.
- Charging time
- This criterion measures how long it takes to fully charge the appliance: the bar grows as this time gets shorter.
- Capacity
- This criterion measures the dirty water tank volume, which determines the area cleanable before emptying it: the bar grows with this volume.
Price brackets by tier
Orders of magnitude, not displayed prices: a price only appears on Kalyneo once it has been collected from a merchant, with its collection date.
Under €200
Small water tanks and manual brush upkeep, with just enough runtime to cover a small home.
€200 to €500
Bigger clean and dirty water tanks, self detangling brush roll and a quieter operation for everyday use.
Over €500
Large tanks and a base that rinses and dries the brush by itself, staying quiet through long cleaning sessions.
