What the REDMI 17 4 GB + 128 GB Purple is worth

The REDMI 17 4 GB + 128 GB Purple is a Xiaomi smartphone that focuses on endurance with a 7,500 mAh battery, well above the market median of 4,500 mAh, earning it a battery life rating of 95/100. Its 6.9-inch 120 Hz screen offers a generous display area (73/100 rating), protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, with 675 nits typical brightness and 825 nits in HBM mode.

For photography, the 50 MP rear sensor (f/1.8) and 8 MP front sensor cover everyday needs with a 70/100 rating. Fast charging reaches 45 W, and Xiaomi HyperOS 3 runs on a MediaTek Helio G91-Ultra processor with 8 cores built on 12 nm technology. However, the 4 GB RAM (45/100 rating) and 128 GB storage (45/100 rating) fall behind the median of 8 GB and 384 GB.

This model suits users who prioritize battery life and a large screen for reading or video, without seeking maximum multitasking power or the most generous storage. IP64 certification, 4G connectivity, Bluetooth 5.4, multi-constellation GPS and a 3.5 mm headphone jack complete a package designed for extended daily use.
