What the REDMI 15C 4 GB + 128 GB Black is worth

The Xiaomi REDMI 15C prioritises a large 6.9" 120 Hz screen and a hefty 6,000 mAh battery, well above the market median of 4,500 mAh, earning it a 93/100 autonomy score. The 33 W fast charging reaches 50% in 31 minutes. It packs 4 GB RAM expandable to 8 GB, 128 GB storage, a MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra chip and runs Xiaomi HyperOS 2.

For photography, the 50 MP rear sensor with f/1.8 aperture and night mode scores 70/100, on par with the market median. The screen earns 73/100 thanks to its generous diagonal, while RAM (4 GB) and storage (128 GB) remain limited against medians of 8 GB and 384 GB, resulting in 45/100 scores for both.

It suits those who prioritise battery life and screen area for video or browsing, without expecting heavy multitasking performance. IP64 certification, dual SIM, side fingerprint reader and 3.5 mm jack round out a package positioned under 250 €, where shorter software support and memory compromises are expected.

Frequently asked questions

Answers drawn from this model’s datasheet.

Yes, the 6,000 mAh battery delivers very long autonomy (score 93/100), well above the market median of 4,500 mAh. The manufacturer claims up to 82 hours of music playback. The 33 W fast charging reaches 50% in 31 minutes.

The 4 GB of RAM remains limited (power score 45/100) compared to the 8 GB market median. Xiaomi compensates with virtual expansion up to 8 GB. This suits everyday tasks, but heavy apps or intensive multitasking may show limitations.

The 6.9-inch screen (score 73/100) offers generous display space with a 120 Hz refresh rate for decent fluidity. However, the 1600 x 720 pixel resolution falls short of Full HD, which may limit sharpness on this diagonal.
